CONVERTPSTYLES command
The CONVERTPSTYLES command is used to convert the current drawing into named plot style or color dependent plot style.

Command : CONVERTPSTYLES
Function Description:
The drawing could be print in named plot style or color dependent plot style, rather than both at the same time.
The CONVERTPSTYLES could convert current drawing from color dependent plot style into named plot style or from named plot style into color dependent plot style; it is determined by the current plot style.
When converting drawing, the CONVERTPSTYLES will change settings of PSTYLEMODE system variable (0: named 1: color dependent).
For example, the color dependent plot style is used to specify plot properties for objects and layers according to colors. In other words, objects with the same color have the same plot properties. The CONVERTPSTYLES could specify convert drawing independently to color and apply available named plot style on object or layer. In other words, objects with the same color could not have the same plot properties.

In the dialog box, it is suggested to convert plot style tables before converting drawing. Users can convert the color-dependent plot style tables assigned to the drawing to named plot style tables using?CONVERTCTB.
Convert named plot style mode to color dependent plot style
A dialog box advises you that the named plot styles attached to objects and named plot style tables attached to model space and layouts will be detached.
After a drawing is converted to color-dependent plot styles, you can assign a color-dependent plot style table. Plot styles will be applied by color.
