POLARADDANG system variable

Function Description:

The POLARADDANG system variable is used to store the additional angle for polar tracking and polar snap.

Users could add up to 10 angles. They could separated by commas. The AUNITS system variable could set angle displaying formats.
The POLARMODE system variable must be set to be 5, or the POLARADDANG does not have effect.
When using fractions of an angle, set the AUPREC system variable (angular precision) to a higher value. Otherwise, the POLARADDANG value will be rounded off. .
