PICKADD system variable


Function Description:

The PICKADD system variable is used to control whether subsequent selections replace the current selection set or add to it.

Type : Integer
Saved in : User-settings
Initial value : 2
Range : 0,1,2

System Variable Value:

0 : close PICKADD. The new selected objects become selection set. The previous selected objects are removed from selection set automatically.
1 : close PICKADD. The new selected objects become selection set. The previous selected objects are removed from selection set automatically.
2 : open PICKADD. Add each selected object (single selected or window selected) to current selection set. If the SELECT command is used, keeps objects selected after         the command ends.

Note: when selecting object, pressing SHIFT key to add objects to or remove objects from selection set.
